Newsletter

Our newsletter is run on beehiiv. The sign-up form on this site is provided by beehiiv (or you can sign up on beehiiv's own page), and beehiiv stores your email address and email engagement data (such as opens and clicks) so it can send you the newsletter. We use that data only to send the newsletter and understand what readers find useful. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. beehiiv's own privacy policy also applies.

Use case submissions

When you submit a use case we store what you enter (title, tools, details, and your email if you provide it), plus the time, your approximate country, and your browser's user-agent. Your IP address is used briefly to limit spam and is not stored with your submission. We use submissions to review and write playbooks. We only use your email to credit you or ask a follow-up question, and we never add it to the newsletter without your consent. Submissions are stored with Cloudflare, which also hosts this site.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or set our own tracking cookies. The embedded beehiiv sign-up form is loaded from beehiiv and is subject to beehiiv's privacy policy. The dark-mode preference is saved only in your browser.

Your choices

To have a submission or your email deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, email [email protected] from the address you used. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link in any issue.
